As a Supporter card it depicts the character and provides a one-per-turn in-game effect rather than carrying battle stats; note that 'Chaos Rising' is not an official Pokemon TCG set, so this may be a custom or unofficial card.
Emma appears in the Looker Bureau episodes of Pokemon X and Y, a homeless orphan from Lumiose City who befriends the detective Looker and later becomes connected to the Expansion Suit and the mysterious Essentia. Her story arc explores themes of found family and redemption within the post-game content of the Kalos region.
